What’s Included:
30-Day Ranking Guarantee: We guarantee that your business will rank on page one of Google search and in the top 3 of the Google Map Pack for your primary GBP category keyword (as agreed upon during onboarding) within 30 days of implementation — or you receive a full refund for the first month.
Terms of Guarantee:
Investment: $1,500–$3,500/month (custom proposals based on market analysis) Initial Commitment: 6 months, then month-to-month Deliverables: Custom based on market research and strategy proposal
We conduct market research before accepting any Full-Service client and only take on clients we are confident we can help.
To receive our services, you agree to:

One-Time Services: Payment due at time of service request.
We accept major credit cards and ACH payments processed through our secure payment processor.
Services may be suspended if payment is more than 15 days overdue. A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) may be applied to overdue accounts.
We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not apply to existing contracts during the initial commitment period.
No refund applicable (service is free).
If you do not rank on page one of Google search and in the top 3 of the Google Map Pack for your primary GBP category keyword within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of your first month’s payment.
To request a refund under the guarantee:
After the first 30 days, the service is month-to-month with no refunds for partial months.
Full-Service SEO does not include the same 30-day guarantee as the $199 plan due to the longer timeline and broader scope. Refund terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
One-time implementation services ($100 implementation) are non-refundable once work has begun.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Cancellation during the initial 6-month commitment period may result in early termination fees as outlined in your service agreement. After the initial commitment, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Rankings may fluctuate due to factors outside our control. We commit to adapting our strategies to algorithm changes and keeping you informed of any significant impacts to your rankings.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (business information, logos, photos, etc.).
We retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, tools, and proprietary strategies. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables we create specifically for your business (content, optimized pages, etc.).
All content on the Bayou Local SEO website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information you share with us. We will not share your business data, strategies, or results with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bayou Local SEO from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
